Traditional screen printing was developed to produce large printing runs on plastic, ceramic, leather, etc. It offers maximum quality and endless options. However, it does have important disadvantages: it's a complex technique, and therefore has a high initial and start-up cost which ends up forcing long runs to compensate the price per unit. Printing just a handful of units would be very expensive.
With the new digital Direct-to-Object printing, you can print very few units with screen printing quality, quickly and at an excellent cost. We can print short runs of diaries, mugs, pens, pen drives or any other promotional item–starting at only 1 item at a reasonable cost and in a short period of time.
WHAT IS DIRECT-TO-OBJECT PRINTING?

Direct-to-Object is a technique that improves traditional screen printing thanks to its versatility, quality, speed and costs, allowing you to print a variety of materials with UV LED technique, stamping directly onto the materials in a digital manner. Its name comes from the fact that in the printing process, the ink is cured using LED technology (electroluminescent diodes), which send out UV (ultraviolet) light.

Direct-to-Object printing allows companies to highlight and create exclusive and unique objects for exhibitions, fairs, Christmas gifts, etc.
Direct object printing allows you to print promotional items whether large or small: pens, mugs, diaries, key chains, USB sticks, lanyards, notepads, phone cases, paddle rackets, methacrylate objects, trophies...
It's also useful for wedding gifts, ceramic pieces, leather belts, bags, etc. Combined with a white base varnish, we can print directly on wood plates–enhancing colours and creating elegant textured effects. You can even get braille prints!
CUSTOMIZED PRINTING
Since it is digital, you can print each object individually and customized.
Direct-to-Object printing combines perfectly with "variable data printing" which makes it possible to print the unique serial number of each item. Thanks to this innovative technology you could easily print hundreds of promotional pens with the names of the congress attendees, or customize USB memory sticks, sports items, etc.
